1964 Fender Precision Bass "Daphne Blue"
Just in from a famous Nashville player's collection is a 1964 Fender Precision Bass refinished in Daphne Blue! Around the middle of 1957, Fender made a very important change to the Precision Bass, replacing the single coil pickup with a split-coil design. The rest is history! This guitar features an alder body, Bazilian rosewood fingerboard with clay dot inlays, split-coil pickup, chrome ashtray covers and a gorgeous refinished Daphne Blue color. This pre-CBS bass sounds absolutely fantastic and is an eye catcher too. It's a true winner and it comes with an authentic early 1960's Fender hardshell case!
